Resources for Science Tutors
Feeling swamped by your never ending To Do list?
It's a nightmare. I get it. You've started your tuition business, you're excited, determined & full of enthusiasm!
...But there's just not enough hours in the day to do all the things!
You have some tutees but whilst you are trying to build your business, you just don't have the time to create high-quality resources for them. But if you don't, they won't be satisfied with your sessions...cue stress level increase!
You're also wondering how you can teach science online? It's a practical subject after all...
Then you realise that you will only see your students for around 1 hour per week - instead of 3 - how does that work with the huge amount of content on the science syllabus?
These are just a few of the questions I asked myself when I started tutoring in 2022.
With a lot of coffee, paracetamol and trial and error, I have now come up with the perfect set of science resources (modest, I know!).

These resources are the compilation of 17 years of teaching experience & knowing what does - and doesn't - work for students when they are learning science.
Will you need to buy anything else? In some of my PowerPoints I have links to Brainpop videos & Wordwall quizzes. Some of these are free, although you may want to subcribe to those websites to make full use of their materials. Everything else is accessible to all!
